Sipho is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with over 25 years’ post-qualification experience in restructuring, turnaround, and corporate advisory. He founded OPIS Advisory in 2009 and has led some of South Africa’s most complex rescues across industries including aviation, mining, textiles, energy, and defence.
