Mr. Sipho Sono

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]The company is owned and managed by its founder member, Mr. Sipho Sono. He is a South African Chartered Accountant, with more than 14 years post-qualification experience, and has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking.

 

He was previously a senior audit partner at a large Black-owned and controlled South African audit firm. Whilst at this firm, he spearheaded the establishment of its corporate finance division and later established a financial services audit section within the audit division. Having started this division from a zero base, he grew it significantly to a point where it had five partners, a staff complement of 70 professionals, and annual revenues exceeding R30 million, when he left the firm.

 

He was one of the three partners that grew the firm from a very small base to what it is today, a very significant institution employing over 500 staff members. His portfolio of clients included banks, asset managers, stockbrokers, and financial development institutions.
