Modification to the debt, operations, and/or the structure of the client in order to alleviate financial distress. This would involve a possible sale and/or shut-down of non-core operations/assets and negotiation with existing lenders in order to create a sustainable balance sheet.
Restructuring
We are appointed as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) by clients to plan the way forward for the company, stabilize the balance sheet, develop the restructuring plan, and execute, implement or monitor implementation of the plan by management.
Turnaround
When a company that has experienced a period of poor performance moves into a period of a financial recovery, it’s called a turnaround.
A turnaround may also refer to the recovery of a nation or region’s economy after a period of recession or stagnation.
